My Service For a flat rate fee of $199 to $375, we will expose your listing to millions of buyers nationwide in Realtor.com and Multi List (MARIS) to 9,000 local agents who expect just 2.7%. THERE IS NO COMMISSION if you sell it yourself. Up to 40% of sales have closed with no commission due. Most agents want to list properties with "exclusive right to sell" and this means you pay them commission if you sell without their help, but you pay no commission if listed with us and you find a buyer.
This service includes both interior and exterior photos. Your listing will be found on hundreds of websites through IDEX (Internet Data Exchange). You are in charge and will answer all calls from both buyers and agents---unless you want some answered by Dave Wilber. You are free to sell to buyers without paying any commission.
